Experience in Peer Reviews or Evaluations (outside the Commission): I have extensive experience in academic evaluation and peer review. I have reviewed five books in the field of management, two scientific monographs, and more than a dozen peer-reviewed scientific papers. My expertise covers topics such as corporate social responsibility, human resource management, digital marketing, social media, intercultural business communication, innovation in education and creative industries, and gender equality. I regularly contribute to scientific journals and participate in expert committees, with a strong focus on quality assurance, transparency, gender-sensitive perspectives, and relevance to contemporary societal challenges.

In addition to academic evaluations, I have been actively engaged in policy development and strategic evaluation at the national level. As an expert in media cooperation, I contributed to the drafting of the Media Strategy of the Republic of Serbia, focusing on transparency, freedom of expression, and public interest media. Furthermore, I hold a leadership position in the political sphere as President of the Women’s Forum within the Social Democratic Party of Serbia, where I advocate for gender equality, social justice, and inclusive policymaking. Experience Related to Innovation Projects: I conceptualized and successfully implemented the original initiative FEBS Master Class (Flow Education and Business Synergy), designed to bridge the gap between academia and the business sector. As the project leader, I organized 10 high-impact events that engaged nearly 1,000 participants, fostering dialogue, innovation, and cross-sector collaboration in the fields of education, entrepreneurship, and digital transformation.

In addition, I am the author and founder of the innovative project Metropolitan Fashion Day – an educational and promotional platform that has evolved over eight years into an international initiative connecting universities and creative professionals from multiple countries. The project supports young talent, strengthens international academic cooperation, and promotes sustainability, inclusion, and gender equality in the fashion and creative industries. It continues to expand its reach and impact through strategic partnerships, mobility, and knowledge exchange aligned with the core values of the European Union.

Experience in Valuing Companies: I introduced non-financial reporting practices at Dunav Insurance Company, contributing to the institutionalization of sustainability, social responsibility, and corporate transparency. Through this process, I supported the evaluation of non-financial value creation and impact assessment in the economy, particularly in relation to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors. My expertise includes evaluating project relevance, stakeholder engagement, and performance indicators aligned with EU priorities such as sustainability, inclusion, and social impact.

Experience in Industrial Sector: I have 20 years of professional experience in the insurance sector, including leadership roles in strategic communication and corporate responsibility. I spent over 15 years working in the media industry, where I specialized in media planning, audience engagement, and intercultural communication. I have more than 10 years of involvement in the fashion and creative industries, with a strong focus on innovation, sustainability, and education. Additionally, I have 10 years of experience collaborating with the public sector on capacity building and policy-oriented projects.

Across all sectors, I have authored and implemented strategies in digital marketing, social media marketing, internal communication, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and environmental protection. My work integrates EU values such as sustainability, gender equality, inclusion, and digital transformation, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement and long-term impact.
